1 General Terms & Conditions

• Deposit Fee: germania does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Any deposit made via a credit card or through a third party will be returned and the associated account will be subject to verification.

4 Withdrawal Policy

Germania follows a straightforward and efficient process for withdrawing winnings. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 via Mobile Pay & Nagad; ৳1,000 via bank transfer.
• Withdrawal via Same Method: Withdrawals are generally processed back to the same account or method used for the original deposit.

6 Betting Rules

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the germania platform. If detected, the account will be permanently closed:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus arbitrage.
• Exploiting bugs or glitches in the system or any game.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Operating an account using someone else's identity.
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Use of fraudulent payment methods.

If any prohibited activity is detected, germania may be obligated to report it to the relevant authorities.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Germania reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Suspected involvement in prohibited activities.
• Unusual patterns in financial transactions.
• At the player's own request (self-exclusion).

If an account is closed, any verified real-money balance is generally refunded; however, this right may be forfeited in cases of rule violations.
